Elite and MSO Paint
Elite options like Papaya Spark involve extra paint stages, so repairs cost well beyond a normal respray. Under self-healing film, a stone strike costs nothing but a heat pass. MSO bespoke finishes get the same treatment and the same care.
The Nose Problem
Even with the lift kit raised, a McLaren nose sits in the strike zone for everything the car ahead throws up. A front end covers bonnet, bumper, guards and mirrors, fitted in about two days.
Artura and the Hybrid
The Artura adds a charge port to the equation, so we film the port surround where cables drag and scuff. Hybrid or V8, the carbon tub does not care, but the painted panels still take every stone.
Colour and Roof Options
Want a colour change with protection built in? Colour PPF swaps the shade without touching the factory paint underneath. A gloss black roof in colour film runs from $550.
Tint for the Glasshouse

Aftercare Routine

Paint protection film. Clear polyurethane that stops stone chips and self-heals light scratches with heat. Vinyl colour wraps are a separate service, and colour PPF covers both jobs at once if you want a new shade.
They add time rather than risk. Door edges and the surrounding shuts get wrapped with the edges tucked, so nothing lifts when the doors rise. It is part of why a McLaren is quoted individually.
From $5980 as a reference start. Aero, carbon parts and sensor layouts differ between models, so we confirm a firm price after seeing the car. Exotics are always quoted individually.
