Front End PPF

Full Body for RS Cars

An RS 6 or RS 3 in Nardo Grey is a strong case for wrapping the whole car: flat grey shows every chip as a dark point. Full body film takes about a week and covers each panel edge to edge. Separate guides cover supercar protection.

New Car Protection

New car packages run three to four days: exterior coating, interior and fabric protection plus wheel treatment. Book before delivery so the slot lines up with your pickup date.

Ceramic Coating

Gtechniq ceramic bonds to the paint and keeps quattro road grime from sticking through a Melbourne winter. Washing gets faster and safer, which is where most swirl marks come from in the first place.

e-tron Ready

CoolVue tint is metal free, so charging, sensors and connectivity on an e-tron GT or Q4 e-tron carry on exactly as designed. Heat rejection is the best in the Defcon range.

Black Optic Roofs

Wear and Tear Pack

Door edges, handle cups, boot sill and the rear bumper top: the scuffs an Avant collects from actual use. Film in these spots is invisible and replaceable. Cheap insurance next to a respray.

Wheel Ceramic

Audi brake dust is relentless on open spoke RS wheels. Ceramic on the faces and barrels means the dust rinses off instead of baking on. Done while the car is in for any other work.

Window Tint

Window tint in metal free Defcon film, in legal shades for Victoria. Rear glass on SUVs cops afternoon sun on the eastern freeways, and the difference for kids in the back is immediate. You will find the same detail for Cupra and Skoda.

Is Nardo Grey harder to protect?

No, it is easier. Solid colours hide film edges well, and the flat finish makes chips obvious, which is exactly why film pays for itself on Nardo cars.

Do you handle S line and RS bumpers?

Yes. The coverage accounts for the deeper intakes and splitters on S line and RS bumpers, and edges get wrapped rather than trimmed short on the visible face.

Will tint affect the sensors and cameras?

No. Defcon films are metal free, so radar, cameras, toll tags and phone signal work as normal. That includes the driver assistance systems on current Audis.

Ceramic coating or PPF for my Audi?

Film stops stone chips, ceramic makes the car easier to wash and keeps the gloss up. They solve different problems, which is why plenty of owners run film on the front and ceramic over the lot.

How long is the car off the road?

Front end about two days, new car package three to four days, full body about a week. Mitcham station is a five minute walk away, so most owners take the train home.
