New Car Package

EX30 and EX90
Volvo’s electric models carry cameras, radar and in the EX90’s case lidar. Our CoolVue tint is metal free, so none of that hardware is disturbed and neither is charging or phone signal. You will find the same detail for Tesla and EV protection.
Panoramic Roof Film
Crystal Shield on the glass roof drops the heat soak through an XC90’s panoramic pane, which the second row notices first. Metal free like the rest of the Defcon range and fitted alongside other work.
Wear and Tear Pack
Door edges, handle cups, the rear bumper top and the boot sill that cops prams and dog crates. Film here is invisible and swaps out cheaply if it ever takes a real hit.
Window Tint
3M tint in Victorian legal shades, rear glass darker for the kids and the dog with the fronts kept legal. The UV cut protects the seats as much as the passengers.
Full Body Option
Owners keeping an EX90 or XC90 long term wrap the whole car. About a week in the workshop, quoted per model once we see it. It is the difference between protecting panels and protecting the car.

Front end first, then door edges and the boot sill. That combination covers the freeway damage plus the loading scuffs, which is most of what a family Volvo collects.
Pearl and metallic whites are among the harder colours to blend in a repair. Film avoids the repair entirely, which is the cheaper path over years of ownership.
Front end about two days, new car package three to four days, full body about a week. Mitcham station is five minutes on foot for the train home.
