No. The right hand drive remanufacture does not repaint the exterior, so the panels carry factory paint and film bonds as normal. Panels resprayed after repairs get assessed first.
That is the point. Film on the tailgate lip and rails takes the scuffs, and a marked section can be peeled and replaced without the paint ever being touched.
