Original Paint Wins
Collectors ask the same question at every inspection: has it been painted? Film keeps the answer no. It shields the factory finish from chips and fade, then comes off clean if a future owner ever wants proof underneath. You will find the same detail for Tesla and EV protection.

Usually, after an assessment. Factory paint in sound condition films well at any age; resprayed or flaking clear does not, so we check paint health and any previous repairs before quoting.
Yes. Chips get touched in and light defects polished out first, because film locks in whatever sits beneath it. The car does not need to be perfect, just honest and stable.
