No. The coatings we use on wheels are formulated for brake temperatures, which is the whole point: dust lands on a surface it cannot bond to, even after a hard session.
As soon as you like. Factory paint is fully cured before the car reaches the dealer, and the cleanest install happens before the first chips arrive, not after.
