Ceramic Coating
Blackburn’s canopy is heritage protected, your clear coat is not. A cured Gtechniq ceramic coating stops sap and bird droppings from etching in while they wait for the weekend wash. The same work is set out for the Porsche 911 and Ferrari.
Front End PPF
Bonnet, bumper, guards and mirrors in self-healing film. Whitehorse Road traffic flicks up less than a freeway does, but two years of it still peppers a dark bonnet. Two days in the workshop and it is handled. You will find the same detail for the BMW M cars and Mercedes.
Detailing and Correction
Years of sap spots and swirl marks polish out with proper car detailing before any coating goes on. If the paint is tired, correcting it first is the difference between sealing in gloss and sealing in damage. There is a dedicated guide for Audi.
Full Body Film
Clear film over every painted panel, warranted ten years against yellowing and cracking. It takes about a week, which is less painful when collecting the car is a four minute drive along Whitehorse Road.

No formal pickup service. It is a four minute drive, and Mitcham station is a five minute walk from the workshop, two stops from Blackburn on the same line, so the round trip barely costs you half an hour.
Not too late, but the etching needs machine polishing first. We correct the paint, then coat it. Coating over etched clear coat just locks the damage in under a glossy layer.
Bonnet, front bumper, both front guards and the mirror caps, with edges wrapped where the panel allows. Headlight film can be added while the front of the car is masked up.
